Winning artists will be contacted on or before October 6, 2025. To receive prize money, they must submit a completed W-9 and Vendor Form by October 17, 2025. Prize payments will be issued no later than October 31, 2025.

The Best of Show winner is eligible for a free booth at the 21st Annual Cherokee Art Market in 2026. The recipient must comply with all standard Cherokee Art Market rules and regulations. If the winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
