Winning artists will be contacted on or before Oct. 2, 2026. To receive prize money, they must submit a completed W-9 and Vendor Form by Oct. 17, 2026. Prize payments will be issued no later than Oct. 31, 2026.

The Best of Show winner is eligible for a free booth at the 22nd Annual Cherokee Art Market in 2027. The recipient must comply with all standard Cherokee Art Market rules and regulations. If the winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.
